Dawamee Program is one of the Emirates Foundations programs. Dawamee Program aims to enable and empower the job seekers of the UAE nationals through providing flexible job opportunities (part time or remote job) as per the requirements of the market in various sectors through the regulatory partnerships.
It is the online portal that was launched by the Emirates Foundation. This Portal is the first national online portal specialized in providing part time and remote job opportunities through connecting job seekers with the employers in various sectors.
The jobs posted on the Portal are jobs in the various governmental, semi-governmental and private sectors according to the availability of job opportunities by employers, and these jobs are not specific to Dawamee Program.

The UAE nationals who are 18 years and above can apply for jobs and the priority is given to people of determination and low income individuals who do not have a current job, and those living in areas with limited population density.
The Portal provides an easy way for registration through using your UAE Pass.
If you do not have UAE Pass account to sign in, you have to activate a new account through the competent devices or contact the relevant authorities.
You cannot update or change the basic personal information such as ID, phone number, and email on the Portal. If you want to update your information, you must update it first through your UAEPass account. Since the basic personal information is linked to it, however you can update the other personal information such as photo , Emirates, Address, and marital status.

The priority is given to the targeted groups such as people of determination, low income individuals (unemployed) and those living in remote locations.
Retired job seekers can register on the Portal taking into that the priority of the targeted groups shall be given to the people of determination, low income individuals (unemployed) and those living in remote locations.
You can’t apply for the posted jobs if your account is not activated, you just need to complete your profile on the Portal and, you will received a notification email once your account is activated or return for complete.
Students can register on the Portal to obtain part time job opportunities. However, he student must balance between his study schedule and working hours.
A job seeker who got a job by the Portal must inform Dawamee Team as soon as possible to enable the Team to follow up and update the job seeker's account.

You have to update your profile on the Portal periodically as there are updates on the Portal. It is the responsibility of the job seeker to update his profile on the Portal permanently. The priority to apply for jobs shall be given to the owners of completed and activated profiles.

The job seeker must comply with the conditions of the employer and the Portal shall automatically open the registration for job seekers who have the required educational qualifications and necessary experiences and skills and the location of the job opportunity to apply for the job.

The Portal automatically connects the job opportunities with the current address of the job seekers. If the job seeker does not mind to work at the place of the job opportunity, please contact Dawamee Team to provide the support and assistance or update the current address in the personal profile.
You have to read the Job Seeker’s Policy available on the Portal which explains the duties and rights of job seekers on the Portal.
Yes, you can apply for the job remotely , working (from home) on jobs classified as "remote", with the ability and consent to come to the workplace according to the agreement between the two parties.
Priority in nominating jobs is for unemployed people with limited income less than AED 5000 per month, people of determination and those living in remote areas, then other groups, and this does not mean that you do not get the opportunity.
Priority in nomination for jobs shall be given to the unemployed with a limited income of less than 5000 dirhams per month, and to people of determination and those living in remote areas, then other groups. In order to obtain the opportunity, the full approval of from the first employer is required, and Dawamee do not take any responsibilities .
Your personal information is defined by the UAEPass and cannot be changed within the portal. However you can update the other information such as the Emirates, Address and marital status directly on the platform
Dawamee apply the terms and conditions for Job Seekers policy “ The candidate has to be serious before applying to the vacancy, knowledgeable and aware with all job details, when the program communicates with you and you reports that you do not want to continue, that may affects the job seeker in next job opportunities unless the job seekers has a serous reasons”.
The job seeker can apply for vacancies fit for him in terms of job location, qualification and others with a maximum of one job for each employer offering the jobs, and avoid applying for all vacancies without reviewing the job details before applying.
Every job seeker registered on the Dawamee platform is unemployed, and his monthly income is less than AED 5000.
The program works on priorities for job nomination according to the following groups, gradually from the unemployed (1) people of determination (2) living in remote areas (3) those whose current income is less than AED 5000, then other groups.
